Assessment and Development Centers  

> Concept

The WKH Assessment and Development Centers are complex programs that simulate concrete situations the candidate can be confronted with in their current/ prospective position in the company.

The contexts are provocative, with a complexity and difficulty level that is suited to the open/ prospective position. Some tasks are unexpected and the solving time is limited, so that the candidate/ participant has to activate all the resources and necessary knowledge in order to solve the issues that are included in the scenario.

The exercises are individual or group-exercises. The participants are included in the same context, which is customized in order to be relevant for the real business context of the every-day activity.
