„Excellency in Assessment” training”  

> Concept

„Excellency in Human Resources Assessment” is an accelerated learning program based on the experiential learning concept.

The scenario in which the participants will be included will closely simulate a real assessment process in order to implement a bonus system. The participants will start with the analysis of data regarding the activity and the performances of the specific team, data which need further structuring and completing.

> Steps

The program consists in three main steps, each including more interactive exercises:

Preparing the assessment:
Exercises for analyzing the situational context
Exercises for establishing the main assessment criteria
Defining and understanding in practice the performance indicators

Establishing the assessment methodology
Exploration exercises; identifying the type of assessment.
Identifying the most efficient assessment method, related to the objectives of the assessment
Exercises for building the situational tests

Assessment phase
Simulating situational assessments for three candidates (the roles are being played by the trainers)
Scoring the candidates using the established criteria
Making the assessment reports
