”Excellency in Recruitment” training
> Concept
„Excellency in Recruitment and Assessment” is an accelerated learning program based on experiential learning. The concept of this event is to learn through discovering and practical experience. Thus, this program manages to change attitudes and behaviors, process that is possible only after weeks of training on the work place or of traditional learning.
The scenario in which the participants will be introduced will closely simulate a real recruiting and assessment process for a managerial position. They will start with job analysis, building the profile of the ideal candidate, candidate sourcing, then will continue with CV-screening, tele-screening, behavioral interviews, they are going to build their own interview guides, working individually but also in groups in order to reach an agreement and build the candidate reports for the specific position.

The program includes 3 main steps, each consisting in several interactive exercises:
1). Preparing the recruitment process:
Exercises for the organizational analysis of the job
Exercises for building the profile of the ideal candidate
CV-screening and tele-screening exercises
2). Interviewing and competency assessment
Building interview guides
Types of questions: interviewing techniques
Interview simulation with more candidates
Non-verbal communication; the relationship with the candidates; types of candidates
3). Finishing the recruitment process.
Scoring the candidates; scoring each targeted competence
Building the final report
