The programs consist in simulating challenging situations , customized to provoke the manifestation of some competences, attitudes, conceptions, values, motivation, very personal opinions and related to those aspects that we want to optimize and develop , in accordance with the needs of the organisation.
The exercises are followed by an assisted self-analisys that provokes self-exploring and problems in meet with difficulties.
The programs takes places in sessions , and a session last one day. The frequency of the sessions is variable , it can be intensive ( for instance , 5 sessions in one week ) or it can take 6 months ( the lenght between 2 sessions can not be more than a month).
