We Know How was founded in January 2007, as a business line of Ascendis group, offering to its clients complex consultancy services, such as Assessment and Development Centres and Personnel Assessment through the Harrison Assessments system.

Our vision is a concrete orientation towards an attainable and desirable future which we can build in stages, plans and measurements. In all the projects we develop, we put our experience to work in order to analyze and understand the concrete state of our clients, then we create a direction of change together with them.
